Feel free to come anytime! If you want to make sure a staff member will be available, you can make a reservation, but it&#8217;s not absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_q\"><span>Q<\/span>What can I do in SALC?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"faq_a\">A<\/span>Practice talking in English, study for tests such as TOEFL, find out more about studying abroad, borrow books, read newspapers, take home free study materials, join special events, play games and make new friends! See the &#8220;<a href=\"study-en.html\">Study Groups<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href=\"reports-en.html\">Event Reports<\/a>&#8221; sections for more details.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_q\"><span>Q<\/span>Is SALC open during spring and summer vacations?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"faq_a\">A<\/span>Yes, we are open as usual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"faq_q\"><span>Q<\/span>What can I do to improve my English?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"faq_a\">A<\/span>It&#8217;s important to practice regularly in order to improve. But to avoid being discouraged or bored, you need to find a study method that suits your personal preferences. It&#8217;s also essential to use any opportunities to talk in English, because there may be times you won&#8217;t have anyone to talk to.
