This is an event where you can discover new books and talk about interesting book themes and genres!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">This time, we are reviewing the classic timeless novel by Jane Austen, &#8220;Persuasion&#8221;. The story is about a young woman beyond marriageable age in the 18th century England, whose aristocratic family was going broke. The family had to rent out the house to make some money and move away. In the midst of this, she met again with the man whose marriage proposal she rejected years ago. The novel deals with topics of classism in pre-modern England, women\u2019s rights and place in the society, and the impact of social pressure on a person&#8217;s life choices.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">No reservation required and it\u2019s ok if you haven\u2019t read the book before!
