Tobitate! is a study abroad program run by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT). The initiative provides scholarships for students taking their first steps toward studying abroad. The deadline differs according to your department, but most Kyudai students will be expected to submit their applications by the end of January.
