Getting to the Ito Campus

For detailed directions, please see: Access to Ito Campus (PDF). Please note that procedures differ depending on whether you arrive by car or by public transportation.

Arriving by Car

Taxis can enter the campus without additional procedures. Please tell the driver “Center 3 Building.” If that is not understood, “Shiiki Hall” is also a reliable landmark. Center 3 Building is a few minutes’ walk from Shiiki Hall.

If you arrive by private car, please turn left at the intersection at the entrance to the Center Zone and complete a temporary entry procedure at the gatehouse (near Big Orange, as indicated on the Ito Campus map [II]). A campus entry fee (300 JPY) applies.

Arriving by Public Transportation

From Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station (South Exit), please take a Showa Bus on the Kyushu University Line. If the bus route goes via the East Zone, get off at Kyudai Central Library. Center 3 Building is the building on the left among the buildings across from the library, connected by a pedestrian bridge.

If the bus route does not go via the East Zone, get off at Kyudai Big Orange. Cross Gakuen-dori Street and proceed toward the building connected directly to the Kyudai Gate Bridge.
